Mandy and Felicity are teaming up for four days of Cowboy Dressage fun.

We will include exercises in the Challenge and Open Court, Discover the benefit of Partnership on The Ground Tests, Dance with the La Garrocha, Fun Competition and have a play with Freestyle.  

Cowboy Dressage has tests for every level of ability and rider. You will have the opportunity to ride a test of your choice and receive Feedback from Mandy Probyn Level 2 Cowboy Dressage Recommended Judge.

$760  The ticket price is for one horse/rider combo to participate in the 4-day clinic

All-inclusive: Breakfast, Morning Tea, Tea, coffee, Lunch, Dinner, Yard and Camping fees (non-powered)

PLEASE READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

A $100 Deposit is required when booking to secure your riding position. Balance Due 7th April 2023

QUESTIONS:

Can I have my deposit refunded: Yes if you sell your deposit ticket to another rider.

How much deposit will be refunded: The deposit is less credit card fees and the Wix booking fees.

When is the balance of the Clinic fee due: Three weeks before the clinic date.  If you fail to pay the balance by the due date your position will be re-advertised and the deposit will be non-refundable.

I have paid my full clinic fee and I am within the 3-week dates prior to the clinic,  I can no longer attend, Is my clinic fee refundable: Yes If you find a replacement for your clinic position, the balance of the clinic fees will be refunded along with the deposit less credit card fees and the Wix booking fees. (Please note you are responsible for finding the reserve rider, not Mandy Probyn Equine Connection)

Under extreme circumstances Fees can be credited towards the next available clinic, please note this is at the discretion of Mandy Probyn, Vet and Doctor certificates may be asked to be produced.

Horse Health Declarations are required for each horse attending the clinic; these are not due until the day of the Clinic. If you have a Horse Movement App, you can email a copy of your movement. We have a book to record Horse Health Declarations this is made available for your to fill in at the clinic, please familiarise yourself with the required details. eg. your pic number, horse microchip number, vaccination record, etc.

OPPORTUNITY KNOCKS: Would you like to attend the clinic for free?  We have one position available at each clinic for a volunteer to give us a hand over the course of the weekend.  Your duties will include, hanging up banners, mucking out stalls, and the arena, helping with morning tea lunches, packing up, and general hands-on help. You will be able to participate in the clinic between volunteer duties. Lunch included camping and stabling fee not included, for more details email us.
