Five days of horses, friends, fun and challenges.

This is my favourite retreat/clinic of the year!  I really get a chance to get to know the participants & help them individually.  I always get amazing feedback on the accomplishments & friendships that ladies have made during & following the retreat.

5-day programme Saturday Morning - Wednesday afternoon, finishing up after dinner Wednesday evening.

The retreat is fully catered by Janelle's Home Style Catering, with 3 home-cooked meals per day including Dessert, Morning and Afternoon Teas. Yards and powered campsites/ toilets and showers are included in the fee.

To be held at the Nebo Show Grounds in the Undercover Arena.

What will we do: Heaps of stuff The retreat will be divided into two teams of 10 ladies, and the last day will be a team competition the Golden Boot Cowgirl Competition consisting of Team games, the Obstacle Horsemanship course and a Mystery challenge.

Cowboy Dressage with Mandy, Reining with Tania from Tan-A-Lou Performance Horses, Barrell Racing with Jen Guinea, Trail Training with Priscilla Leeson.

Educational Chats, Saddle Fitting with Bonnie, Bit Fitting with Clare from Unique Bit fit, and Trailer Maintenance with Steve.

Mornings start off right with Movement Sessions with the lovely Sigrid Peters from Horses  & Habit Change.

Bring out your creative side in a  Paint and Sip session with Equine Artist Lian Meaney and Leather Class with Kylie Chapman from Artisan and Laer.

Pamper afternoon, Baking Horse Treats, Games and warm up your vocal chords as our talented host Angela Rowe will be back with the Karaoke Sing-off who will be the 2023 Karaoke Champion.

PLEASE READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

A $100 Deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your riding position.

Final Balance Payment Due: 19th July 2023

QUESTIONS:

Can I have my deposit refunded: Yes if you sell your deposit ticket to another rider.

How much deposit will be refunded: The deposit is less credit card fees and the Wix booking fees.

When is the balance of the Clinic fee due: Three weeks before the clinic date.  If you fail to pay the balance by the due date your position will be re-advertised and the deposit will be non-refundable.

I have paid my full clinic fee and I am within the 4-week dates prior to the clinic,  I can no longer attend, Is my clinic fee refundable: Yes If you find a replacement for your clinic position, the balance of the clinic fees will be refunded along with the deposit less credit card fees and the Wix booking fees. (Please note you are responsible for finding the reserve rider, not Mandy Probyn Equine Connection)

Under extreme circumstances Fees can be credited towards the next available clinic, please note this is at the discretion of Mandy Probyn, Vet and Doctor certificates may be asked to be produced.

Horse Health Declarations are required for each horse attending the clinic; these are not due until the day of the Clinic. If you have a Horse Movement App, you can email a copy of your movement. We have a book to record Horse Health Declaration this is made available for your to fill in at the clinic, please familiarise yourself with the required details. eg. your pic number, horse microchip number, vaccination record, etc.
