Cowgirls Retreat at Nebo Show Grounds

Join us for an exhilarating annual event - Cowgirls Retreat! Five days filled with horses, friends, fun, and exciting challenges.

As the highlight of my year, this retreat allows me to connect with participants personally, providing individualized guidance. The positive feedback I receive about the achievements and lasting friendships formed during and after the retreat is truly inspiring.

**Event Details:**

- **Duration:** Five days, starting with a Saturday Breakfast and concluding with a Wednesday evening dinner.

- **Venue:** Nebo Show Grounds in the Undercover Arena.

**Program Overview:**

- The retreat features a fully catered experience by Janelle's Home Style Catering, offering three home-cooked meals per day, including dessert, and morning and afternoon teas.

- Yards, powered campsites, toilets, and showers are all included in the fee.

**Activities:**

- Participants will be divided into two teams of 10 ladies, culminating in a thrilling team competition on the last day – the Golden Boot Cowgirl Competition. This includes team games, an Obstacle Horsemanship course, and a mystery challenge.

- Engage in various activities such as horsemanship, ranch fun competition, barrel racing, mechanical cow, and La Garrocha.

- Educational sessions feature insightful discussions and demonstrations by experts:

  - Fecal worm counts with Jane Stephens

  - Hoof care with Dylan Dawes

  - Meraki Equine Services 

**Morning Sessions:**

- Kickstart your day with movement sessions led by the talented Sigrid Peters from Horses & Habit Change.

**Creative Pursuits:**

- Unleash your creative side in a paint and sip session with Equine Artist Lian Meaney and a leather class with Kylie Chapman from Artisan and Leather.

**Pamper Afternoon:**

- Indulge in an afternoon of pampered feet

**Entertainment:**

- Warm up your vocal cords for the Karaoke Sing-off hosted by the talented Angela Rowe. Discover who will be crowned the 2024 Karaoke Champion.

**Cost:**

- $1170 with payment plans available.

- All-inclusive: Instruction, activities, meals, and camping fees.

- $845  Spectators Package! Even if you don't have a horse, you can still be a part of the experience. This package includes access to all meals, spectating at events, and participation in extra activities. Come join us!

A $100 Deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your riding position.

Can I have my deposit refunded: Yes if you sell your deposit ticket to another rider.

How much deposit will be refunded: The deposit is less credit card fees and the Wix booking fees.

When is the balance of the Clinic fee due: Three weeks before the clinic date  If you fail to pay the balance by the due date your position will be re-advertised and the deposit will be non-refundable.

I have paid my full clinic fee and I am within the 4-week dates before the clinic, so I can no longer attend, Is my clinic fee refundable: Yes If you find a replacement for your clinic position, the balance of the clinic fees will be refunded along with the deposit less credit card fees and the Wix booking fees. (Please note you are responsible for finding the reserve rider, not Mandy Probyn Equine Connection)

Under extreme circumstances Fees can be credited towards the next available clinic, please note this is at the discretion of Mandy Probyn, Vet and Doctor certificates may be asked to be produced.

***All forms must be completed before attending any clinics these are required only once a year*** A Horse Health Declaration is required for each horse attending the clinic; these are not due until the day of the Clinic. If you have a Horse Movement App, you can email a copy of your movement, A Hard copy will be emailed out 3 weeks before the event.

Mandy is a Level 3 Equestrian Coach, Natural Horsemanship Clinician, Cowboy Dressage Recommended Judge, and Recommended Level 2 Clinician, Horses Helping Humans Facilitator/Assessor.
